Feed Element Mapper - create CCK fields in a FeedAPI content type, and map elements in a feed to those fields.

CSV Parser - use FeedAPI to parse CSV

Also exist mappers for M-Fields, mappers for Taxonomy, mappers for less common CCK fields (email, link)

Can specify a field as GUID to compare for updates

For other XML formats? Write your own parser: not too hard with PHP5's SimpleXML
