Drupal classes / Workshops or meet-up groups in Cleveland?

Does anyone know of any free or paid Drupal classes or workshops in the Cleveland area?  Or of meet-up groups who get together and discuss Drupal related issues?

I've been playing around with drupal for a few months now, working on amateurish websites and learning the ins and outs.  I'd say im beyond a basic level user, I'm learning to use Drush and have proficiency with Views, CCK and other modules.  I'm even looking into themeing and module development.

The issue is that I have two major projects upcoming, one is for my job, and the other is for a group of geeks interested in applied community economics.  Both could turn out to be rather complex websites. 

The one for my job will have some pretty complex but finely tuned social networking capabilities for a membership organization, career information with user created content, paid content (both creation and viewing), as well as a standard non-profit frontend.  I'm sure that this will take more than just some creative adaptations of existing modules and Views, and it would help to have some advanced Drupallers around, considering the vast amount of people I work with and hang out with think that learning how to use Facebook is complex technical knowledge!  That, or they are into .Net, SQL, and Sharepoint, which aren't too useful to me (except having SQL users around is great for custom queries).

The other site, I won't even get into, because its just crazy.
