Small updates to a website

I need the following done on a site.

1) Add this module updated, icons lined up, resized to be bigger, a set added to the top of the pages,  tracking confirmed, etc

2) Facebook like, share, etc added to the header area. right under the search button.

3) incorporate disqus account for people to leave comments.

4) Add thumbnails to category pages, blog, etc. not all of them get them for some reason.
